Rent the Space

The Local is available to rent for a variety of events.

• Rental prices vary based on type of event. There is a 3 hour minimum on all events. Please write to us to discuss your project and budget.

• Capacity 99

• Kitchen is available for licensed, catered events. No cooking is permitted on site.

• We have full backline and PA, specs are available upon request. You must work with one of our sound engineers to use our equipment.

• We have large and small tables to accommodate 50, and 100 chairs.

A full list of rules will be sent with contract.

All events must end by 10pm.
